Guidelines for reporting death as a vaccine adverse event:
When it is suspected that the death of a case was caused by an adverse vaccine event, it can be notified. If the initial notification was not a death case, but the subsequent case died and the death is suspected to be related to an adverse vaccine event, please change the severity of the adverse event to death during the follow-up notification.
Guidelines for disassociating death as a vaccine adverse event:
When the case died after vaccination, but it is not suspected that the death is related to the vaccine adverse event (such as: death from a traffic accident, death from an existing disease, etc.). The fetus has spontaneous abortion or artificial abortion due to congenital abnormalities.
